The Telluride Lead-zinc Prospect is located in Bellevue right off of Townsend Gulch Road. It’s clearly visible from the road and a very short walk in. There is an old mining road that goes up to the mine entrance. There is steel door that covers the opening.
Directions
You can access this mine by driving west out of Bellevue down Broadford Road. Once on Townsend Gulch Road, park near the turn off for Lee Gulch Road. You’ll see the mine entrance up the hill from where you park.
